Come celebrate the start of school at this annual and beloved South School family tradition on Friday, September 25th from 5:30 - 7 PM. Join us for pizza, games, Mr. Softee, and a tug-of-war between classes for each grade. Parent volunteers are essential to the success of this event - please sign up to lead a game, pass out pizza, or stay a few minutes late to clean up. Thank you!

South Social Set-Up & Pizza Servers Signed Up: 2 / 2Volunteers will help with setting up the games, decor, and pizza table and then assist with serving pizza and water.

Pizza Pick Up (Costco) Signed Up: 1 / 1Pizzas will be pre-ordered by event organizers. Volunteer will pick up the pizzas at 5:00, pay for the order to be reimbursed, and bring the pizzas to South by 5:30 for the start of the event.

Game Leads (Ring toss, tug of war, etc.) Signed Up: 5 / 8Please sign up to supervise/lead games for the kids during the event. Games have been pre-selected by event planners and will be ready at start of event. Management of games (Ring Toss, Knock Down a Clown, and Tic-Tac-Toe Toss) will include minimal line management, game reset between students (gathering rings, balls, etc to hand to kids), and handing out candy (provided) to each student who plays.

Tiger Costume Signed Up: 1 / 1If you are fun and enjoy acting silly - please sign up to be our South School Tiger for the night! You will wear the provided Tiger costume, roam the event, play games and take pictures with the kids!

Candy Jar Guessing Game / Tiger Tattoo Station Signed Up: 2 / 4Help with temporary tiger tattoo application and encourage kids to guess how many candies are in a jar. For the candy guessing game, whoever is closest wins the entire jar of candy and the winner is announced before tug of war.
