A few more Volunteers needed for 8th Grade Promotions

Thank you to everyone to volunteered to help so far! We could still use some more folks on Friday morning 8-9am to set up tables and chairs. If you are available and can spare an hour it would really be appreciated.

8th Grade Promotions on June 11th are almost here!


The plans have been put in place and work is happening behind the scenes. There will be 2 promotion ceremonies outdoors on campus.  School needs a variety of volunteers to help make certain everything is set up, cleaned between ceremonies and put away at the end.


It is a Grizzly tradition for 6th & 7th grade parents to also help the 8th grade families on promotions day. So pay it forward and sign up even if you don't have an 8th grader this year.


We look forward to celebrating our (not so little bears') middle school years.


All volunteers should  please wear a mask when arriving to help.
