We are looking for 7 parents to help us with our middle school open house efforts!

Still need volunteers for this Sat, Dec 11 to participate in our Q&A open house from 3-4pm.

The middle school will be holding 2 open house events -  December 11 & January 22.  You can volunteer to help with one open house or two. The events will run from 1-4pm for our attendees. We anticipate that our volunteer hours may run from 12:30 -4:30, and prior to the event we will meet to discuss how the day will flow, expectation and help with talking points.

So what would you be doing? We would like our parents to help us greet families, conduct a tour with a student, and sit on a panel.

We will be following Covid protocols for safety. Organizing groups of families in groups/cohorts  of no more than 30 individuals (including student & parent).  These cohorts will be rotating in an organized fashion through the school into classrooms for mini lessons and a tour . And we will end the day with student and parent panels with everyone in attendance outside in the play yard. (Below is a sample of one cohorts rotation)
