This is an FYI that you should have received an email for each of your children containing their online registration forms for the 2018-2019 school year.
The email you received should include instructions to complete the required forms. Many forms can be completed online but you must come to the school in person to complete your forms by August 4.* Completing these forms before August 4* allows our faculty to focus on supporting our Denali students during the school year, not on collecting overdue paperwork! If you prefer to complete the forms on paper or have any questions, please contact our school’s front office at 669-721-2646 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can access the forms on SchoolMint using this link: http://summit.schoolmint.net. After you sign in on SchoolMint, please click on “Re-Enroll” or “Start” or “Continue.” If you can’t remember your log-in credentials, you can click on the "Forgot Username?" and "Forgot Password?" links on the SchoolMint log-in page. If this doesn't help, please contact Ms. Torres (email@example.com).
For some forms, you will also need to provide your student’s ID. You will also need to know your District of Residence. If you don't have this information, please contact the school's front office (firstname.lastname@example.org).
