Volunteers needed for 8th Grade Promotion on June 6th

Even though Denali is a relatively new school, a great aspect to that is the ability to form our own traditions.

It would be an amazing tradition to have the 6th and 7th grades, plan and volunteer for the 8th Grade promotion ceremony.  This way we can expect the same for us when it's our kids' turn. We are encouraging the younger grades to attend the ceremony or drop by for the reception to congratulate their upperclassmen.
The ceremony is Tues, June 6 from 4-7.   We need help setting up during lunchtime that day and also during the event. Please take a moment to sign up for these important volunteer jobs on the day of the promotion.

We would like a couple of helpers (age 16+) who won't be watching the graduation ceremony to monitor the pot luck picnic area during the ceremony.

Photographers with self proclaimed "professional" or at least "really good" skills, one on each side of the stage to take pictures of each student getting their certificate.

We need to leave the park cleaner than we found it. Cleanup involves, stacking chairs, removing decorations, cleaning up trash. Please help us clean up after our fun event!
