Congratulations, you have made it through another week of flexible learning from home!
Challenge yourself by adding physical activity to your school assignments today. For example: do your reading while walking in place. Or while you are doing math, add jumping jacks to help add or subtract numbers.
Reward yourself with a special snack (make it healthy of course). Ask mom or dad to help you freeze some grapes, make some chocolate covered bananas, or make a smoothie.
You have worked hard all week and it is time to finish up your work for the week and start planning for a fun filled weekend. Use some of our wellness week suggestions to plan a great weekend with your families. Continue eating healthy, exercising, getting outside in the sun as much as possible and keep stress levels down. We are all experiencing a challenging time right now but this week has been all about wellness and keeping ourselves as healthy as possible in a difficult situation. You are all doing an amazing job and your families, teachers and entire school staff are very proud of each and every one of you. Keep up the good work and we will see everyone soon!
