Hope you started your day with a healthy breakfast like eggs, whole grain pancakes, fresh fruit, etc... Eating a healthy breakfast refuels our bodies with the energy and nutrients we need to kick start our day of flexible learning!
Remember to take lots of breaks! Have recess at home by playing games like: hop scotch (draw an outline with sidewalk chalk); jump rope; red light/green light; freeze tag or challenge one another to see who can do more push ups, etc...
Send some pictures of you in your exercise/play clothes and some of the fun activities you are doing to Mrs. Yurcisin: firstname.lastname@example.org so she can see how active you are staying!!
