Hello Huskies - today is Tranquil Tuesday!!

Children may feel stress during these times of uncertainty. It is important for children to express their feelings and have a variety of ways to cope with stress. Why not try practicing mindfulness with your children?

1) Set intentions with your children.

2) Learn basic mindfulness techniques together.

3) Create a letter-writing tradition in your family.

Teach kids self-regulation using music.
