Art Classes - Parent Support Requested
The final 10-week block of enrichment is underway and there are still lots of projects to be completed.  In Art, Tuesday classes are working on clay projects which take about 2-3 wks to complete. In addition, all classes will be putting together a collaborative school art project! Any and all volunteers available to help out in the art room are requested by Mrs. Ramirez.

PWP Timeline & Details:
Friday's Online AuctionTreat With a Teacher, Class Baskets, and Class Art projects will all be available for online bidding beginning at 8am this Friday.  This online auction is available to all members of the SVE community and can even be shared with friends and family.  A Konstella message will be sent as soon as the online bidding opens.  Bidding will close promptly at 5pm on Friday.

Event ParkingWhile parking (for a fee) is available at the event venue, please note that overnight parking is not permitted.  If you intend to drive to the event but aren't sure if you'll drive home, please make plans to park elsewhere.

Event Registration/Check-InSave time at check-in Friday night and pre-register your credit card ahead of time HERE!  If you don’t have a card on file upon check-in, you will be required to add one upon arrival to the event.

Event TimelineThe event is scheduled to begin at 5:30pm on Friday.  Silent auction items will have staggered closing times that will be announced during the event.  The live auction is targeted to start at 7:30pm.  The event is scheduled to end at 10pm.  Special after party details will be available during the event.

Spirit Week Next Week
Don't forget to participate in next week's daily themes for Spirit Week!  Please note that closed toed shoes are still required each day (no slippers) and props should be limited in order to minimize distractions in the classroom.
