We wanted to give the entire community a general overview of events leading up to this Friday's Studio 24 Party With a Purpose.
MONDAY - A group of volunteers will be setting up classroom art and baskets in B-7. (B-7 is the bungalow closest to Running Club timers on the lower track.)
TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY - Teachers will lead students to preview class art and baskets with their respective classes.
THURSDAY- Art and basket preview is open to parents and caregivers! Come by B-7 before school from 8AM-9AM or during/after school from 12PM-1PM to see class art and baskets and see what your student(s) raved about during their preview.
FRIDAY - Art and Basket preview will be open from 8AM-3:35PM.
ART and BASKET Mobile bidding will open FRIDAY 8AM and close at 5PM and is open to ALL members of the community.
REMEMBER: Art and Baskets will STAY AT SCHOOL. You will bid on Class Art, Class Baskets and 'Treat with Teacher' through a mobile bidding process that will open Friday morning at 8AM and end at 5PM.
There will be a QR code that you scan that will take you to the place where you can create your account and begin bidding and a website you will be able to share with your friends and family as well.
THE PWP EVENT
Party with a Purpose starts at 5:30PM.
All bidding at the Party with a Purpose Event will be through silent or live auction and is available only to ticket holders!
