In an effort to increase family, teacher, and support staff responses for the 2025 NYC School Survey, the deadline to submit your survey is tomorrow Friday, April 11.

If you have not submitted your survey, you should do so TODAY.

For your convenience, you can take the survey online via computer or mobile device at NYCSchoolSurvey.org in any of the nine NYCPS-supported languages, using your survey access code, which is also printed on the paper survey. 

The family access code is lowercase “f” followed by your child’s nine-digit Student Identification (OSIS) Number. 

If you are mailing in your survey, it must be post-marked by April 11th.

Individual responses from families, students, and teachers are never shared with schools or NYCPS. Survey responses are confidential, so please provide your honest feedback!
