The Earth School Parents Association needs volunteers!

Please join us for our planning meeting Tuesday 3/27 at 8:30AM


Come find out how you can help the ESPA. Even one hour of your time can ensure our biggest fundraising event of the year, the Spring Party & Auction on May 5, is a success!

Can’t make it? Sing up to volunteer by adding your name to one of the sing-up sheets on the bulletin board outside the ES office, or see below for other ways to get involved. 

SOLICIT DONATIONS: Use the donation letter and form attached to solicit donations of goods or services (hard copies are available at the PA Room - 126). You can also input donations directly here Check out the Auction Donation Idea List (also attached) to get inspired.

SECURE A SPONSORSHIP: Ask a business to help cover auction expenses. Ask your doctor, dentist, accountant, your workplace, a family business, etc. if they are willing to help with a cash donation. In exchange they will get signage and presence on our website and at the event.

PURCHASE TICKETS: Admission includes a delicious buffet, two drinks, music and dancing, and the chance to bid on amazing merchandise, services and experiences during our silent and live auctions. Can’t attend? Buy a ticket anyway as a way of donating. Tickets are $30 pre-sale and are now available at

DONATE ART FOR OUR ART WALL: Original work on paper (no frames): drawing, photography, painting, collage/mixed media. Maximum size 13" x 19". All works will be sold for $100. Please no color copies, or works by children. For more info about the art wall contact: or go to
