Join Earth School educators and parents for an honest conversation about the 3rd through 8th grade NYS standardized tests, and learn more about how Earth School teachers assess student progress throughout the year. There will be two sessions, one morning, one afternoon:

All parents in New York State have the right to refuse the annual state tests given to children in grades 3 to 8. Opting out is easy: Simply give your child’s teacher and principal a letter stating that you “refuse” the state tests. More info and sample letters on the links below, and attached.
