Come learn, play and grow together through movement and mindfulness in kid's yoga. We will learn a variety of tools that will help us bring awareness and self-regulation into all parts of our lives. We cultivate confidence by learning to trust ourselves and push our limits. Of course, yoga can be a challenge and there will be times that your little one falls, but in yoga we learn how to fall with grace, get back up, and try again. Our yoga class will be composed of movement, games, stories, and projects. I can't wait to meet your young kindness warriors.
