The auction is coming... And we need HELP!

Dear ICS families -
 
The auction is in 5 WEEKS (April 5th) and quite frankly, WE NEED YOUR HELP! This annual event is a huge production and takes a lot of time and energy, something we all don't have enough of. But if we can pull our forces together, we can make this event as successful if not more, than years past.
 
We will be meeting every Thursday morning after drop off at Devocion on Livingston and we are looking for others to join us.  Email evemartinez75@gmail.com for more information or just swing by!!! All are welcome. Also if you can't spare the time to meet, email with your time capacity as we would be grateful to have your help with picking up items, running errands, making copies, etc. 
 
For those of you experiencing this event for the first time - it's EPIC! We drink, eat, dance, bid on fabulous items, win amazing raffles, drink and dance some more. We will be sending out a link to purchase tickets this week, but before we get to that...

We absolutely cannot do this event alone. If you haven't yet donated your time to an ICS effort this year - NOW IS YOUR CHANCE! Here's what we need help with...
 
ITEM DONATION: we need experiences. Have a vacay home? Connections for event or show tickets? Restaurant gift cards? Sign up your ideas and confirmed items here on the 2019 Outreach tab. 
 
DAY OF HELP: we will need help transporting things to the venue, setting up, assistance throughout the event and with cleaning up. Sign up to help here on the Volunteer tab. 
 
Fundraising only works if people participate. So ICS: hear our plea!! We need you to step up, lean in, give your time, and of course buy tickets and attend!
