The Auction Committee is looking for volunteers to help before, during and after the upcoming Thornhill "Let's Glow" 2024 Benefit Auction.
There are lots of jobs that need to be filled in order to ensure a smooth and successful event. An hour here or there while you mingle will make this event amazing!

We need help with entering information from games/bid sheets into our database and then reconciling bidders' account at the end of the night. This is an important job, even though it's behind the scenes. We promise to feed you and get you anything you need!

Team up with a Live Auction Runner. Stand with a clipboard and write down the Live Auction winning bids, then your partner will run them to Biz/Ops for data entry. After the Live Auction items, you will record the Fund a Need and BAC donors as the auctioneer announces them. That's it! Not hard, but you'll need to pay attention as this event moves quickly and the auctioneer speaks fast!
