Hi Thornhill families,

It’s hard to believe we’re down to our final days of the school year! We’re excited to gather in person for our last PFC meeting on Tuesday, May 12 at 6:15pm, and we’d truly love to see you there.

This meeting is especially important, as we will be holding two key votes that directly shape next year:

• Approval of the 2026 to 2027 PFC Executive Slate and Committee Chairs
• Approval of the 2026 to 2027 PFC Budget

These decisions are critical to ensuring we have the leadership and resources in place to support Thornhill’s programs, events, and community in the year ahead.

We’ll also hear updates from our principal and teachers, reflect on the year, and share a brief preview of what’s ahead for next fall.

And to make it even more fun, we’re turning this final meeting into a potluck gathering! Feel free to bring a dish to share as we come together to connect, celebrate, and close out the year as a community.
