Physical education standards, first warmup your entire body with your favorite exercises: arm circles, trunk twist, monkey dance, pushups, burpees, wall sit, mountain climbers, jumping jacks… This should take only about 5 minutes.
Below are a variety of resources to help you maintain your fitness and have fun at the same time. Please remember to take a few minutes to stretch when you are done playing.
Drink water before, during and after exercise. Studies say that for optimal hydration you should drink ½ your body weight in ounces. That means for example if you weight 100 pounds then you should drink 50 ounces of water every day.
