We need volunteers to help us keep kids safe and traffic flowing.

It’s simple and takes as little as 30 minutes (dropoff and minimum day pickups) and no more than 45 minutes (regular pickup).

We need at least 4 volunteers in the morning and 4 in the afternoon every day the school is open. In the past, we had a smaller number per day but with a change in our procedures, we are asking for more of you to step up and join the 12+ regulars who held things together last year.

Anticipating that we will need more people to volunteer than sign up, we are also implementing a classroom based volunteer rota. Every 3 weeks, each class will be asked to find volunteers to fill the schedule. That’s 5 classes per week, working together.

We know schedules are hard, whether you have a commute, 8 hours of back to back Zoom calls a day, a busy schedule running kids around (or all of the above and more). We’re asking each class of families to do what they can and help each other out. Some classes will be able to help more than others.

It’s also a great way to get to know other families. We’ve mixed the rota up so different grades are on duty together. Everyone gets a fair chance to pitch in.
