The Green Team is launching an informal and family-led initiative to walk to school one Wednesday a month! This week, the rain is pushing the walk to Friday January 26. Based on the success of the official Walk to School Day last October, where half the school made the morning stroll, many families said they'd like to do more walking trains: "It's fun and social!" 

This initiative is informal, not related to an official event, and anyone can participate if they wish to. That's 5 morning walks to enjoy the rest of this year with other school families, a little exercise to start a better day and less cars on the road. Can't beat that!
