The Auction Committee is looking for volunteers to help before, during and after the upcoming Thornhill "Parent Prom" Benefit Auction. There are lots of jobs that need to be filled in order to ensure a smooth and successful event. An hour here or there while you mingle will make the Parent Prom amazing!

Team up with a Live Auction Runner. Stand with a clipboard and write down the Live Auction winning bids, then your partner will run them to Biz/Ops for data entry. After the Live Auction is over, you will record the Fund a Need winners as the auctioneer announces them. That's it! Not hard, but you'll need to pay attention as this event moves quickly and the auctioneer speaks fast!
