At the year's final PFC meeting on May 16, we'll be voting on approving the PFC's 2023-24 budget. *Everyone* present gets a vote, and it needs a majority vote to pass. As we announced at the April PFC meeting, in order to make sure that there's plenty of time to discuss the necessary changes, we're holding a special PFC budget meeting on Wednesday, May 3 at 5:30pm and all are invited.

As much as we hate to add anything to people's calendars at this extra busy time, holding this extra meeting is preferable to saving all discussion for the May 16 meeting where we need to vote. Please see draft budget as well as some explanatory notes attached to this calendar event and look them over before the May 3 meeting.
