As the auction chair this year, I wanted to cordially invite you all to Thornhill’s Annual Benefit Auction & Dinner on Saturday, March 11, 2023. This long tradition, 37 years to be exact, raises tens of thousands of dollars to fund so much of what makes our school great, and gives the adults of the community a chance to have some fun together!
The goal of the night, beyond the fundraising, is to have fun as a community. And all fun dinners need a theme, and that is why this year's theme is Parent Prom. Okay, hear me out. We are throwing a prom that will be all the things a high school prom isn’t. I know “prom” may bring up some uncomfortable memories, but that is why we are doing it the way we wish it had gone. Wear what you want. Stay out late. Leave with a date you actually like.
The event will be held at Bloc15 in Jack London Square. Off The Grid is providing the grub, we will have a DJ, and an open bar!! There will be games and a live auction. Our silent auction will be online in the weeks before and after the event, as this allows for the whole community to get involved.
