TEACHER AND STAFF APPRECIATION WEEK REMINDERS

WEDNESDAY, 5/6:  Individual Class Recognition Day

Show your teacher some love by bringing them a handmade card or drawing, their favorite snack, a flower from your garden, etc. A small gesture of appreciation goes a long way!

There is absolutely no pressure to spend money or do anything big - simple, sweet recognition is a great way to celebrate the day.  All staff and teachers will receive personalized gifts organized by PTO volunteers, in addition to meals and surprises all week long!

THURSDAY, 5/7:  Potluck Donations Needed

We’re hosting a “Very Hungry Caterpillar” themed luncheon on Thursday, 5/7 to celebrate our wonderful staff! We invite families to contribute to our potluck— salads, sides, main entrées, pasta, desserts, and more are all welcome (creative, themed dishes encouraged but not required!).

You may drop off items to the PTO room between 11:00–11:30am. Morning drop-off is also welcome for items that don’t require chilling or reheating. Please use disposable serving ware unless you plan to pick up your dish promptly at 2:30 PM.

FRIDAY, 5/8:  Day of Service

Join us in the PTO room for our final Day of Service and help complete projects for teachers like photocopying, cutting, stapling, prepping year-end projects, etc.  We're also looking for a creative volunteer or two to help Mrs. Viavada paint a sun mural near the front office.  Direction provided!
