This committee is to assist our Principal to hold her "Pizza with the Principal" events 3-4 times/year. In summary, teachers select different kids throughout the year to attend. Typically lower grades have lunch from 11-11:30; higher grades from 11:30-12noon.  These volunteers (usually 2) would pick up Pizza/Drinks and arrive at school to set up ~10:30am, assist with lunch, and stay to clean up until ~12:15 pm.
