The annual Toler Elementary Halloween Carnival & Silent Auction needs your help. Volunteers make this great even possible. Please consider signing up to help make this the best carnival yet!
Important : Positions still available and needed to run our haunted house. Without volunteers to help run it, we cant have a haunted house.
*Update - Friday October 18th is a minimum day, we will start decorating/set up at 1pm instead of 3:35. It may take several hours, so please arrive when you can to help out!

Volunteers needed to help set up games and decorate the day before the carnival. (Strength needed to move games out of shed!)

This job includes moving out tables and the finishing touches for the carnival, like prepping prize buckets and making sure games have correct supplies.

We need a lot of Volunteers for this! This job includes helping put away carnival games and signs in shed. Taking down carnival decorations, collecting left over candy & prizes, etc.

Donation of baked goods - cupcakes, cookies, muffins, brownies, etc. needed for cake walk. These items will be used as prizes in the cake walk. Items can be store bought or home made.
(The baked good will later be put into identical boxes.)
**We will still accept donations, please turn in turn into the office by 9am on Friday the 18th.
