Our Groovy Gala Spring Fling is just a couple of months away, and we need YOUR help to make it happen! This is usually our biggest and most successful fundraiser of the year, providing crucial support for programs like teaching assistants, STEM initiatives, field trips, and so much more.

But here’s the honest truth: IF WE DON’T HAVE MORE VOLUNTEERS STEP UP, WE WON’T BE ABLE TO PULL OFF THIS EVENT AS A FUNDRAISER. There’s still A LOT to do, and we can’t do it alone.

Here are just a few ways you can help:

🎟️ Donation Coordination – Help organize and manage incoming auction items.
📹 Fund-a-Need Video – Assist with scripting, filming, or editing.
🌐 Auction Site Support – Help us get the auction platform set up and running smoothly.
🛠️ Event Setup and Decorations – Bring the Groovy vibe to life!
📝 Day-Of Volunteers – Lend a hand at the event itself to keep things running smoothly.
🍽️ General Event Support – Everything from planning to execution – we need you!

Whether you have a few hours to give or want to take on a bigger role, there’s a spot for everyone. This is an incredible way to support our kids and build something amazing together as a community.
