Those with finance and accounting experience, we are interested in your expertise as our Treasurer for the 2026-2027 school year!
Duties include preparing monthly expense report for meetings. Managing budget and expenditures from our accounts. Collect and process check payments and reimbursements. Build and manage annual budget with executive board input. Prep 1099s and other forms for filing and submission (works comp, insurance). Liaise with auditor.
The PTA helps cover many key expenses for our school: Skyhawks PE program, crossing guard, art and garden/STEAM programs, reading specialist and instructional assistants. Please help us keep this Viking Ship going. Voting for this position will be at the April 14th meeting for next school year.
