Our April 14 PTA meeting is less than a month away, and that is when we must vote in the 2026–2027 PTA Board. Right now, we still have several key positions that need volunteers.

Simply put: we need community members to step forward so we can have a functioning PTA next year.

The PTA supports so many of the things that make Valle Verde special, from school events and enrichment to fundraising that supports programs for our students. None of that happens without volunteers willing to serve in leadership roles.

We are currently looking for volunteers for these open Board positions:

• President

• Treasurer

• VP of Safety

• Parliamentarian

You do not need prior PTA experience. What matters most is caring about our school and being willing to help.

If you are curious, considering it, or just want to learn more about what a role involves, please reach out. We are happy to answer questions and talk through what the responsibilities look like.
