Dear VVE Families,

We want to share a quick clarification about attendance at our Valle Verde PTA meetings.

Our PTA meetings often include discussions about school operations, fundraising, budgets, and topics that directly affect our students and families. In order to protect student privacy and maintain a safe and productive space for those conversations, PTA meetings are intended for current Valle Verde families/guardians and school staff.

Going forward:

• PTA meeting links should not be forwarded outside of the Valle Verde community

• We will note at the start of each meeting that attendance is limited to current VVE families/guardians and staff

We know that prospective families may be curious about the school and the PTA, and we are always happy to welcome them at appropriate opportunities such as Open House and other school events where they can learn more about our community.
