Wednesday: Stay Wild, Get Cozy! PJ & Stuffy Day
Thursday: Unleash Your Team Spirit! Sports Day
Friday: Fun Run Day! Wear your RUN WILD shirt or spirit gear!
👟 FUN RUN DAY SCHEDULE
8:30–9:30 a.m.: 2nd & 3rd grades
10:00–11:00 a.m.: Kindergarten & 1st grade
10:20–10:50 a.m.: TK in the Kinder yard
11:15 a.m.–12:00 p.m.: 4th & 5th grades
Approximately 12:05 p.m.: Slime Mrs. Perkins!
Each K-5 session includes a welcome, warm-up, 20 minutes of running, and a finish-line snack. Every student gets to participate and celebrate!
📍 COME READY TO RUN & CHEER
Students should wear running shoes, comfortable clothes, and their Run Wild shirt if they have one, and bring a labeled water bottle.
Families are welcome to cheer! All visitors and volunteers must check in at the school office first. Please use the designated cheering area under the solar panels and keep the running course clear. See the attached event map for locations.

🏆 CLASS & STUDENT PRIZES
There’s still time to help your class finish strong!
Our Viking Golden Stride Trophies recognize Most Dollars Raised and Highest Class Participation.
Top class prizes for most dollars raised, highest participation, and $ per student also include:
- It’s It for the class
- MYO for the class
- Walnut Creek Ice for the class
- Treats & a movie for the class
Top student fundraisers in each class will also have the opportunity to be Mr. Philips for their class!
Class and top-student winners will be announced at the Fun Run.
The gift-card raffle for students who reach $500 will take place Friday, October 2.
⏰ OUTSTANDING PLEDGES & COMPANY MATCHES: THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 24 AT 5 P.M.
Please follow up with donors to complete any outstanding pledges and submit company-match confirmations by Thursday, September 24 at 5 p.m. to Karen (karen_francis@icloud.com) & Kelly (vvtreasurer@gmail.com) so they can be reviewed for final class totals and prize eligibility.
Pending pledges and unverified matches do not automatically count toward awards. If you are waiting on a payment or match, please contact the Fun Run team before the deadline. Include your student’s name, teacher, and any confirmation documentation!
Standings remain preliminary until verification is complete.
