Dear Viking Families,

As many of you know, our wonderful office manager, Ms. Tracy, will be moving on to a new adventure after this school year. To show her how much she is loved, we are planning a surprise celebration on Friday, May 22nd! 

Since the students have always been Tracy's favorite part of the job, we want them to be the stars of the day. We need your help to keep this a secret from her until the big morning!

Here is how your student can participate:

💙💜Wear Her Favorite Colors: Please have your student wear BLUE or PURPLE on Friday to show our "Team Tracy" spirit!

🪙A "Change" for Good: Tracy is a huge supporter of The Beagle Freedom Project. We will be collecting loose change in the office all day to make a donation in her honor. Any spare coins your student can bring would be greatly appreciated!

🎉The Ms. Tracy Parade:  The highlight of the day will be a surprise parade. Each class will march past the office to visit Tracy and shower her with cheers and tokens of appreciation.

Thank you for helping us make this a day she will never forget. And remember, it's a surprise, so don't mention it in the office until Friday morning! 🤫
