PTA Talent Show: REQUESTS SUPPORT for Audition & Rehearsals / Program / Decorations

The PTA TALENT SHOW is Friday, March 10th, 7PM

and we are REQUESTING SUPPORT to make it a great show for the kids and families!

AUDITION & REHEARSAL SUPPORT:  The Support parents will organize the forms and the performer list.  They will guide the performers while they wait their turn to audition/rehearse.

Rehearsal #1         Tues      Feb 28   3 – 4:30PM

Rehearsal #2         Thurs    Mar 2     3 – 4:30PM

Rehearsal Final    Thurs    Mar 9     3 - 4:30PM

PROGRAM: The program will be distributed the night of the show.  A template will be provided and it will need to be merged with the list of participants in their performance order.  You can be creative if you like!  PTA will assist with printing.  Folding will be needed as well.

DECORATIONS: We have a small budget and will accept donations or will borrow any Talent Show themed decorations.
