Nomination for W.A. Porter PTA Awards

“Do you know someone who has gone above and beyond?”

Every year, W.A. Porter PTA honors 5 individuals by awarding two PTA Service Awards, two Texas PTA Lifetime Member Awards, and one Big Heart Award. We are looking for individuals who have been actively involved in the work at W.A. Porter and have made a positive impact either directly with our students or behind the scenes. If you know of a parent, faculty or staff member who is deserving of one of these awards, please take a moment to fill this out and return it to the school office. 1. PTA Service Award- Someone who has spent quality time on or off campus serving the needs of W.A. Porter and its families.

2. Texas PTA Lifetime Member Award- Someone who has been actively involved with PTA several years helping to maintain tradition of excellence. Texas Lifetime Memberships are one of the highest honors that may be presented to individuals for outstanding service to children.

3. Big Heart Award- Someone whose love for W.A. Porter and its students is shown through acts of kindness and service.
