SPOTS LEFT FOR COMPUTER CLUB - The WHRO Great Computer Challenge - Level 2 (3rd-5th Grade) Internet Scavenger Hunt

The Great Computer Challenge is a joint project of WHRO, the Consortium for Interactive Instruction and Old Dominion University! This is a fun and competitive opportunity for students in Kindergarten through 12th Grade to demonstrate their knowledge of various computer applications and programming skills.  Student must be enthusiastic about gaining computer skills and work well in a team setting.  

  

Level 2 Internet Scavenger Hunt

Teams will be given an online scavenger hunt to complete in a Windows computer lab using Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Chrome as the browser.  Solutions will be evaluated on answers to Scavenger Hunt questions and methods used to obtain information. Practices for Level 2 Internet Scavenger Hunt will begin Tuesday, February 11th at 8:00 am in the media center.

We will open the practices to TEN 3rd-5th grade students to start.  The final team will be made up of 3-4 students.
