With the flurry of end of year activities and announcements, we’ve been getting questions about accurate dates for the art show next week, including online entries, volunteering and art drop-off, and the show reception dates. We wanted to send out a quick list of key dates to clear up any confusion. 

Art Show Key Dates:

1. Art show entries dues: Monday, 5/8, online entry form
2. Drop-off Individual art entries in the MUR: Wednesday, 5/10 between 7:30 and 8am
3. Volunteer to help set-up the show: Throughout the day on Wednesday, 5/10  
4. Volunteer to bring treats and help take down the show: Thursday, 5/11
5. Evening Art Show Reception: Thursday, 5/11 from 6-8pm
6. Pick-up individual student artwork entered into the show: Friday, 5/12
