Emergency Kits Are Due Next Friday

Classroom Emergency Food Kits 2019-2020

As part of school emergency preparedness planning, we ask parents to supply an Emergency Food Kit for each of their students. Walnut Acres PFC purchases bottled water for each classroom. Parents MUST either:

Purchase a Pre-Made Kit HERE for $6. 

Make sure to indicate the Name and Grade Level of the student.  Also, please fill out the attached Emergency Kit form and turn it into the school office.  Please note: each pre-made kit contains 5 (NUT-FREE) items such as granola/kids nutrition bars, apple sauce pouches, dried fruit snacks, etc.

OR 

Provide Your Own Kit

Self made kits must have 4 - 5 NON-PERISHABLE food items with expiration dates of June 2020 or later (no cans please) in a one-quart plastic zip lock bag.  You must print the form attached and deliver it, with your kit, to your child's classroom by next Friday, August 30th.
