In order to volunteer in a classroom or chaperone a field trip, parents must be cleared by the District. To be cleared, parents must be fingerprinted and a have a current tuberculosis (TB) clearance. At Jaguar Day, we will have a fingerprinting station to help parents complete one of the steps necessary to volunteer.
The cost of fingerprinting is $62 for parents who have resided in California for over a year and $77 for parents who have resided in California for less than a year.
Attached is the Livescan form parents will need to complete and bring with them on Jag Day along with the volunteer form to send into the District Office once all your documents are ready.
