Just a friendly reminder that the Ice Cream Social is taking place TONIGHT (TUESDAY 8/29) AT 5:30PM  

 ICE CREAM WILL BE SERVED IN THE MUR

Please enter the MUR door closest to the library from the campus side, not the street side.  Once you make your way through the (hopefully not too long) line and get your ice cream with all your fave toppings, you will head outside using the door closest to the stage.  

Outside you can enjoy your tasty treat while you hang out, socialize, meet new people and enjoy the Northgate Band!  The band will be arriving at 6pm and you won't want to miss their performance!

 VOLUNTEER INFO -  This event requires LOTS of helpers so a big Huge ENORMOUS THANK YOU to everyone who signed up to help.  Without you, we'd be standing in line for ice cream for at least 3 days! 

Setup crew, please arrive at 4:45

1st shift Ice cream and toppings servers please arrive at 5:20.  

2nd shift Ice cream and toppings servers please arrive at 6:20

Clean up crew please arrive at 7:30

ICE CREAM & TOPPING SERVERS – Thank you for stepping up and being a key contributor to this event's success.  As you scoop, sprinkle and drizzle, know that you're adding a sprinkle of magic to our event.

TOPPINGS/SUPPLIES DONORS  -  sprinkling some gratitude your way! Your generous contributions are taking our vanilla to a whole new level of deliciousness, and for that, we couldn't be more thankful!

SETUP & CLEAN UP CREW - it's a dirty job, but somebody’s got to do it!  Thank you for coming early to get ready for a fantastic event and for staying late to bring order to the aftermath and put the MUR back in tip top shape for school tomorrow!

 Last but not certainly not least, a great big THANK YOU to the WALNUT ACRES CHILDREN'S CENTER for donating the ice cream! What's an ice cream social without the ice cream, right?

 It's going to be a fun and delicious time, and we can't wait to see you there!
