In the interest of doing our part to avoid any potential large gathering of people, we are postponing pickup of online auction items. If you won items during our online auction that ended March 3, please do NOT plan to pickup on Monday evening. Instead, we will work to figure out an alternative pickup plan at a later date. We apologize for this inconvenience, and we're hopeful the impact will be minimal.
Teacher Treats and Buy-in Parties
Remember, you will only need to pickup items that had an envelope next to them on your receipt - buy in parties, teacher treats, and select other items are automatically tracked with no certificate required. Select parties and teacher treats are in the process of being rescheduled - again for the safety and health of our community. You will be contacted directly via email about any change in dates.
Other Online Auction Items
The majority of other items do not have near-term usage requirements. If you did win an item with time-sensitive usage requirements, please email Holly Guy and copy Veronica Velilla-Wiesner and they will make individual arrangements.
Virtual Auction This Friday
While in-person gatherings are off limits, it's important that we remain connected to our incredible community virtually. And equally important that we do our part to ensure our school will be in a position to deliver the rich educational programs that will help our students bounce back from this brief interruption in their regularly scheduled schooling. Luckily, our auction committee is working to make our Virtual Auction an exciting and effective event! Please plan to watch for continued communications and tune in on Friday, March 20 at 8pm to join the fun!
