Check out our great lineup of our Winter and Spring After-School Enrichment classes below. There are so many amazing choices - sign-up today!

We also want to share changes we’ve made to help improve the program:

  1. Many classes will span the rest of the school year, so you only need to sign up once and will be covered for winter and spring. There are also a few shorter class options in case you need the flexibility.

  2. We’ve reduced the number of vendors, keeping top-rated providers to help ensure quality.

  3. We’re introducing new guidelines for parents to make sure we set uniform standards for student code of conduct and parent responsibilities across all classes. Please review it here.  

Few other reminders: 

  • All vendors are required to be on campus when school is dismissed, so your children will not have a gap in supervision even if the class officially starts 10-15 minutes after the final bell. 

  • If your child is in TK or Kindergarten, they will be picked up by the vendor directly from their classroom. Older students will walk to the enrichment class on their own.  

  • If your child attends aftercare at the Walnut Acres Children’s Center, you can request that the enrichment vendor bring your child to the Children’s Center after class ends. If you have a child on the early TK schedule, the vendor can also pick up your child from the Children’s Center if you provide the Children’s Center your authorization. Please contact both the vendor and Children’s Center to let them know your preferences.

CUYT (Curtains Up Youth Theatre)

CUYT's Mini-Musical: HOW DOES YOUR GARDEN GROW?

HOW DOES YOUR GARDEN GROW? Mini-musical for 1st graders. The weeds are taking over the garden! Join the fun with this country-style, garden hoedown, and help save the crop! Our mini- musical will rehearse Tuesdays and Thursdays for six weeks from 2:45 - 3:45 pm. This program includes instruction in narration, voice and choreography. The first rehearsal is April 14 and the last rehearsal is May 21. On May 21, there is also a performance at 7PM in the MUR. All are welcome to attend.

CUYT Summer Musical
Our summer musical will be announced at a later date and is open to students who will have completed grades 3, 4, and 5 by the summer of 2026. Auditions help our directors place all participants in a role and will be held before camp begins. Camp meets for three weeks, Monday – Friday, June 8 – 26, from 1:00 to 4:00 pm. There will not be camp on June 19. Full-scale musical performances will be at 7 pm on June 26 & 27.

After School Spanish Class, Immersive Activities & Songs
The IES Language Foundation's Six Steps methodology introduces children to new foreign languages at a young age utilizing the same natural process in which the mother tongue was learned. Our methodology is a process of gradual immersion removing dependence on the mother tongue very naturally. Our six step process accomplishes the repetition necessary for learning a new language. Through engaging activities, the language is kept alive and active. Additional games, songs, poems, and riddles are utilized for the children’s enjoyment and reinforcement.

Cheerleading

FUNKMODE Hip Hop+ Dance

Premier Flag Football Winter 2026
In this class, students will learn about the basics of the fast moving game of flag football. The skills of running, jumping, starting, stopping and change of direction will all be incorporated into each class. This is a great fit for students who have played flag football before, are intrigued to learn a new game or want a fresh and fun way to improve their athletic skills.
