MDUSD Intradistrict Transfers Grades 6-12 in 2023-2024 - The secondary intradistrict transfer application process is from October 15th-November 15th. The online application is up on our webpage mdusd.org/intradistricttransfers until November 15th for students that will be in grades 6-12 for the 2023-2024 school year.

African American Parent Advisory Council (AAPAC): Click here to view a short video from our last October AAPAC (African American Parent Advisory Council) Meeting. MDUSD had African American parents from 8 different district schools TK-12. The meeting centered around family advocacy for school disciplinary matters. The meeting was facilitated by our very own Felicia Stuckey-Smith and was rich in content and conversation. In the video, you will receive a snapshot of real emotions expressed but also a call to action for African American parents to organize and support student achievement. These are powerful culturally responsive discussions that can lead to policies and procedures that address racial disparities in MDUSD. Families of African American students are invited  to be a part of the next MDUSD AAPAC meeting November 15th @ 6PM (Riverview Middle School) Rm. 415.
