True or False?
Donations to Jaguar Fund don't benefit my student.
False! Every student at Walnut Acres benefits from PFC donations. We pay for instructional aids in TK-1st grade, Science Lab Aids for 1 st -5 th grades, a colab teacher for all students, vocal music for 1 st -5 th grade, and reading and math intervention, which is beneficial for the students who need extra help, while allowing the classroom teacher to focus on universal instruction.Still haven't donated to Jag Fund? Through parent donations, the PFC is able to fund many of the things that make our school unique. Check out the PFC website for more information and please help us meet our goal. The suggested donation is $650 per student, which can be contributed in monthly payments if you prefer. Donate Now

Got Aluminum Cans and Plastic Bottles?
A big thank you to Mike Jahnke for collecting our recycling every month. Every first week of the month Mike brings the recycling donated by YOU to the Martinez recycling plant and brings back cash $$ which is then donated to our Recycle Club. Thank you Walnut Acres parents for donating your recycling cans and bottles last month. We made $129 in October. Keep up the good work! This week - November 4th-8th bring your cans and plastic bottles (please, no glass) to the monthly collecting station by the drop off zone.
