Whether it’s your first time or you’re a seasoned attendee, here’s your guide to having a fun, smooth, and successful night.

⏰ What to Expect (and When!)

5:30 PM — Doors Open
Check-in begins, cocktail hour starts, the photo booth opens, and most importantly… the Silent Auction goes LIVE.

👉 Arrive early!
Many of our popular items (especially Buy-In Parties) have limited spots and will go quickly.

Start your night by:

• Grabbing spots at Buy-In Parties like the Wine Walk (remember: purchase per person)
• Bidding on new unique silent auction items (sports memorabilia, in-home Pilates reformer, custom gemstone jewelry, and more!)
• Checking out the photo booth and other early-night fun

~7:00 PM — Dinner + Program Begins
We’ll transition into dinner service and get ready for the main events.

Save time at check-in by adding your card in advance:

2. Pre-Purchase Drink Tickets
Drink tickets (or Wine Cellar purchases) are the ONLY way to buy alcohol at the event. 

Signature cocktail? Drink ticket.
Wine? Drink ticket.
Beer? Drink ticket.
