Corporate Matching for Donations (Apple Matching 200% through Monday 10/17!)
Sun, Oct 16 10:49pm

Thank you again West Valley families and your extended networks for working together to make our Fun Run fundraiser a great success! If you haven't already done so, please consider applying for Corporate Matching funds through your employer's program (if one is available). Many companies match employee contributions to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. This can instantly double or sometimes even triple your contribution at no extra cost to you!

For more info and frequently asked questions about Corporate Matching, please see: Corporate Match FAQ

A partial list of known companies that match is shown here: Companies that Corporate Match

We have been alerted that one such company, Apple, is running a 2-to-1 matching period right now through Monday, October 17. This means the donation you already made to the Fun Run could be increased by 200% (tripling your contribution) at no additional cost to you. If you are an Apple employee, please consider submitting your donation receipt ASAP.

Due to a technical hiccup in automatic receipt sending, we are in the process of issuing official donation receipts from the WVPTO via the Square payment platform. This is still in progress because the receipts must be sent one by one. Thank you for your patience as we work to get the receipts to you as quickly as possible.

If you are an Apple employee and have not yet received your Fun Run donation receipt, please email communications@wvpto.org to have your receipt expedited. Please include the name and email address used to make the pledge.

NOTE: If you made a Fun Run pledge but have not received an email from support@apexleadershipco.com with the subject line beginning "Thank you for your payment", there may have been an issue that prevented your credit card from being charged. This would result in an unpaid pledge. If you are missing this payment confirmation email, please contact communications@wvpto.org and we will look into it for you.

Thank you again for supporting WVPTO and all West Valley students!
