Dear all Culture Committees and WVE Community,

We look forward to seeing you Today, 3/9/2023!!

We know all have put in a lot of work and prep, due to the weather we need to all plan a mostly indoor event .

Which means:

Indoors We set up for a downsized Indoor event in the GLC where we will set up the tables for display and activities - it will be 1 table per culture (we will try more as possible, but plan on downsizing significantly and mainly having your Trifold, artifacts and a craft). Shows will be on the stage.

Outdoors (right outside GLC) - Food tables with MAX 1 table per culture (and sharing space with other cultures as needed and possible)- please remember to label food and use rubber gloves (we will provide gloves).

RAIN OR SHINE - NO FOOD ALLOWED IN THE GLC!!!

 2:45pm - Set up for the event and each team needs to set up their tables and please come in good spirits to help each other out.

4:00-7:00PM - Event. We have planned a USA entry Table with "Passports" to get stamped as you go along and you can come back with a "fully stamped passport" for a small prize.

Food will be outdoors and samples can be enjoyed on the spot or taken in a "take away" box (1 per family).

7PM - Clean up

 Remember this is not a drop off event and every child needs an adult chaperone with them.

P.S. If it ends up sunny and dry,  we can try to be outside as planned, with indoor shows (either way we suggest you dress warmly).
