Hello West Valley Families,

 

We look forward to having many of you involved on campus this year! Parent/caregiver volunteers are a huge part of what makes West Valley such a wonderful community. You are needed and appreciated! Thank you!!

 

As we embark on another new year, this is a reminder that ALL volunteers have at least one item to submit every year!

 

• CUSD has an online volunteer form (see link above) that must be submitted every year, even if you are a returning volunteer who was cleared to volunteer in past years.
• Additionally, if your last TB clearance was in 2019 or earlier, you are due to submit another TB clearance (required every 4 years).

This document includes all the necessary forms to click/print in one place. Hard copies of this packet are also available in the front office.

ALL Volunteers:
All district requirements must be COMPLETED and VERIFIED before your first time volunteering on campus/in the classroom. This is the volunteer's responsibility to confirm (there are no notifications). Do not wait until the last minute! Some involve making appointments and waiting for processing.
