Calling all Wildcat Students: It's time for West Valley's Yearbook Cover Design Contest!

Entries due by 2:45pm on Monday, October 28! Deliver your artwork and signed entry form to the School Office. Good Luck!

Let’s see how creative you can be! See attached flyer for complete details and entry form.

  1. Use an 8.5” x 11” sheet of plain white paper (copy paper or card stock, not lined paper).
  2. Make sure the paper is vertical (portrait format, not landscape).
  3. No copyrighted material, actual people, logos, or licensed characters.
  4. All work should be done by the student.
  5. Keep your artwork protected. Wrinkled submissions will not be considered.

  • Original hand-drawn artwork done by a current WV student on their own (no tracings allowed; idea should not be copied from the internet).
  • Our mascot Wiley the Wildcat (but it doesn’t need to be the main subject).
  • Your name lightly written in pencil on the BACK. Do not sign your drawing.
  • Entry form signed by student and parent/guardian. Attach with paperclip.

DO NOT include the name of the school or year in your drawing. The yearbook team will insert this information.

The 1st Place Winner will be featured on our front cover - and wins a FREE yearbook! Four Honorable Mentions will be selected and showcased on the back cover. Judging will be done by a Selection Panel and the WV Student Body.
