Coordinates and promotes the sale of West Valley logo wear. Determine apparel offerings and work with vendor on pricing. Create order form handout and work with vendor to set up online ordering option. Compile orders into spreadsheet and place order with vendor. Solicit volunteers to assist with verifying inventory received and packaging orders. Distribute through teachers/classrooms. Committee Lead time commitment: 2-3 hours in July/August to set up order offerings with vendor. Approx. 1 hour/day during the 2-week selling period to enter orders into spreadsheet and communicate with parents to resolve questions from order forms. Approx. 3-4 hours verifying inventory & packaging (with recruited helpers).
