Hello Whiting Lane Community,

The Whiting Lane Art Show is coming up on Wednesday, May 24th, 4:30-6:00 pm. We are looking for 2  parent volunteers, one  to shop for some items and drop them off the afternoon of the art show sometime between 3:30-4:00, and one to help set up the art show food/beverage reception. The PTO will reimburse you for cost of these items. You will simply need to turn in the receipt to the office in an envelope labeled PTO. Mrs Hannan will be at the school that evening, and there will be 5th grade students to monitor the refreshments in the cafeteria.

Here is the shopping list:

• 4-6 large bottles of lemonade
• Fruit platters for 100 people
• Cheese and crackers for 100 people
